Sensatori Tenerife is a luxury five star hotel located on the beach at Guia de Isora, a ten minute drive from Los Gigantes. Sensatori is a new hotel concept from Thomson that has been designed for discerning guests with demands for excellent (gourmet) food, first class facilities for children and the high standards of service that you would expect from a five star hotel.
The pool at the Sensatori is a real achievment – the biggest swimming pool in Europe, it measures up to 260 metres in length, comes equipped with 70 in-water sunbeds as well as jacuzzis and jets. For children there is an impressive kids pool at the Sensatori – it’s got it’s own pirate ship and slides. There are three other (heated) pools including a relaxation pool at the adults only wing.
There are six restaurants at Sensatori Tenerife, four of which are available as part of the “full board plus” board basis which means breakfast, lunch and dinner including complimentary local wine, draft beer and soft drinks with lunch and dinner. The six restaurants are : Pangea – the main buffet restaurant, the Asian eatery, Club Ocean for Spanish, Italian and French cuisine and Med Style Oasis Pool Grill, Nami a sushi bar and last but not least, Calima by Michelin starred chef Dani Garcia. For lunch time choose from three of the restaurants or something lighter from the snack bar.
Rooms can sleep 2 to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children under 12. The “standard” room is a junior suite with upgrades possible to a sea view suite or suite with private garden (comes with your own day bed). rooms are equipped with super-king beds, 32 inch flat-screen televisions, and spa jet-showers. What’s more they all come with a balcony or terrace as standard.
